True, but I think it is also important to keep at least the production
directory trees clean and logically laid out.
besides that, the el7-devel folder is mostly empty now ...
That was my bad. rsync got itself confused due to a permissions issue.
I fixed it now so it should correct itself today. Apologies for the
inconvenience.
