I have RSEL7 working on Samsung Chromebook 1 (Snow) for quite a while now. I have just acquired a Samsung Chromebook 2 (Peach Pi), and have it working with a mainline u-boot and mainline kernel. That means there will be rpms for the kernel soon, and both Chromebooks are based on Exynos and should work with the same kernel (but different device trees). u-boots will be different binaries, though.
