Hi David, you should be using the latest image: raspi2-redsleeve7.2-cli-0.5.img.xz at the moment it is only available here: http://ftp.redsleeve.org/pub/el7-devel/el7/rootfs (due to mirroring issues)
This image should be good with respect to repo configuration. for epel, you could use the noarch repo you use now, or the one here: http://ftp.redsleeve.org/pub/el7-devel/el7/EPEL-full/mirrors the first one I don not really know, the second is my compile from early this year. As far as I know there is no real difference, software wise, between the pi2 and pi3. If you want 7.2 on your current system, do: yum update http://ftp.redsleeve.org/pub/el7-devel/el7/7.2/extra/RPMS/redsleeve-release-7-2.1511.el7.2.armv5tel.rpm and a yum update after that and you should be good.
