Phillip announced availability of his .spec file for the Cisco AnyConnect package some time back, at http://github.com/pdurbin/anyconnect. I took a look at it: the tarball can't be downloaded without a Cisco service account, which I don't currently have. The .spec file mentions that the software is GPLv2 licensed. Can you verify that from the anyconnect tarball? Because if it's not licensed that way, I don't see how Repoforge could publish the RPM or SRPM.
Note that I'm not a Repoforge admin, just someone who does a lot of RPM bundling and has had to deal with VPN's this last year.
