Try using the "modifyrepo" program.It can inject a file into the repo config 
file. example:/usr/bin/modifyrepo 
/var/nfsroot/dist/updateinfo/centos5-x86_64/updateinfo.xml 
/var/www/mrepo/centos5-x86_64/RPMS.updates/repodata
