indeed the Rquires should now be libreoffice-pyuno rather than
openoffice.org-pyuno in el6.
You could file an issue in github. In fact I see there's already one here:
https://github.com/repoforge/rpms/issues/319
The fix is simple. Whether and when it gets fixed in rf are other
questions...
