Sounds like you are running a similar setup to us (though we're on a
10.4.5 server) -- you may want to check the headers on those outbound
emails and make sure spamassassin and clam are even screening it -- I'm
assuming you're using smtp for your outbound mail, not the php method in
the files.
Also, if you're on an OS X server, note that there are known issues with
spamassassin not training well, and ignoring headers -- if you require
documentation on this, let me know.
