What did you set your SMTP server to? If you left it blank, then roundcube will 
use PHP Mail. In previous build PHP Mail would not set the headers, but I don't 
know enough about that function to know if that is a limitation of PHP Mail, or 
Roundcube. 

Rouncube is incredibly stable. I've been using it since Alpha. :)
