Move spam to SPAM folder

My mail server has a spam guard configured in such a way that it introduces the word spam in the subject of the mail it classifies as spam. I was wondering if it was possible to have a default SPAM folder for every user and to move the messages having SPAM in their subject automatically to this folder.
