Warning mesage when upgrading to the lastest CVS

Here's a new one, I can't send in the current cvs, though the last beta 
sent fine -- I can easily roll back, but I see this warning:

in 
/Library/WebServer/Documents/webmail.kamalaspa/program/steps/mail/sendmail.inc 
on line 242

I thought maybe a permissions issue -- so for giggles I 777'd that whole 
program folder, but the issue persists. Any thoughts?
