Reply Fields

Using a build from the last week or so, hitting the Reply button does  
not prepopulate the Subject field nor the Recipient field, though the  
message text gets quoted.  Can someone confirm this?  Before I  
download another nightly build can someone tell me if this is fixed  
already?
