Is there some way to mass-edit all users' preferences? Eg: to set them
all to have flag for deletion disabled? I changed in the main.inc.php
config file, but that only affects settings for new users, it seems.
Alternately, is there some way to have the settings in main.inc.php
override the individual users' setting?
