Hi Michael,
Well you can change this in the css file (skins/default/mail.css).
For example:
#messagelist tr td.from,
#messagelist tr td.to
{
width: 275px;
vertical-align: middle;
}
#messagelist tr td.subject
{
width: 300px;
overflow: hidden;
vertical-align: middle;
}
U have to "play" a little bit with the numbers until you're satisfied.
