No, I took a copy of the database and upgraded it.  Most users are still
using the old version.

I hadn't, but I just have.  Yes, that seems to improve things subtantially.
We now see no postgresql load and the time is down to 6-12 seconds.
Interestingly page 1 seems to take longer than the other pages.  Perhaps
that involves a check for new mail where page 2+ doesn't.

I haven't.  It's just been 0.2.2.  Now that 0.3 is in rc I guess I might
just skip on up to that, particularly if there have been imap performance
improvements.

Not as yet.  I might try with a fresh database and just load in the
contacts and identities.
