Interesting. I don't think it's strictly a Roundcube issue. I have the
same problem with messages from Verizon, in 0.4-stable. The offending
messages come with the HTML embedded within the message body, rather
than as an attachment. But the interesting part is that I have two
identical 0.4-stable installs on two separate servers, one RHEL5 and the
other Fedora Core 10. The message body is missing on the RHEL5 server,
but displays normally on the Fedora box. I'm currently suspecting some
sort of odd lack in how the RHEL PHP rpm's are compiled, possibly having
to do with GD support. (In RHEL, I'm using updated PHP rpm's from atomic
repositories now, have tried others as well.) No good answer yet.

And yes, I agree that a way to toggle from HTML to text and back for
viewing would be nice. In fact, I made a Feature Request for this a
little while back. http://trac.roundcube.net/ticket/1486939
