but, if the scripts are called out of RC, must they really be able to run on
the command line, interpreted of a shell? Or are they anyway called and
interpreded from RCs PHP? Because then it would not make sense to move them
somewhere, the noexec/nosuid flags does not matter then because php is the
executed interpreter...
