Hello,
We had the same issu with some uses (about 20%). Recently we had a crash
and all users have to re-subscribe their folders again.
Some users couldn't because of greyed boxes.
We have to enter as Dovecot master user and boxes come to live again :-)
We are using dovecot 1.2 and RC 0.7.1. Hope it helps.
