What site?  Your attachment did not make it trough the mailing list.

Do you have a secure site for your RoundCube installation?

Browsers warn about self-signed security certificates; is that what
this is about?

You have to tell your browser to accept your site's certificate.

How this is done is browser specific. In the case of Explorer, you can
import the certificate into the Windows certificate store. (How this
is done is beyond the scope of the Round Cube mailing list.)

Firefox maintains some kind of store and has a way to just let you
accept a certificate (either temporarily for that session, or
permanently).
