See my response to Cor's message. We may have combined incompatible
versions (compose_addressbook 4.0 with RC 0.7.2).

We'll see how it will work with compose_addressbook 0.5b3.

Nonetheless the answers to your questions:

Both - one global and many personal ones.

Manually entered through the RC interface.

But let's put this issue on hold until we had the chance to install
compose_addressbook 5.0b3 and run the tests again.

It was my impression from the beginning that the problem is more at our
end...
