It doesn't sound like the same issue, but a couple of our users were experiencing timeouts a while ago while composing messages. The settings in Roundcube's main.inc.php looked correct (based on what browsers are actually supposed to do), but I set, $rcmail_config['keep_alive'] $rcmail_config['session_lifetime'] $rcmail_config['min_keep_alive'] back to their default values just to ease troubleshooting.
