For calendar (and others) sharing you should have a look at the Kolab
Groupware (http://kolab.org). It's free and open source and allows very
fine-grained sharing based on ACL. And that includes sharing of email
folders and address books as well. However, it's not just a client software
such as Roundcube but an entire server suite. But it uses Roundcube for
web-based access.
