Hi Reindl, as one of the list(s) administrators for many projects, Roundcube included, I have to say I get plenty of requests from people wanting to unsubscribe, but not knowing how to do so. It's the natural way of things; many people don't know how to unsubscribe simply because there's plenty of people. Please be patient with these people, as we are all (supposed to be) patient with one another </netiquette>.
