That requires a plugin to your Roundcube installation (I'm using the 'vacation' plugin), as well as support on the IMAP server. How you would configure the setup will vary depending on which of the two available plugins you choose, the manner in which the IMAP server supports this, and the manner in which the plugin will use to communicate with the IMAP server.
