For those of you who use dkimstatus with the latest Roundcube, you will be
happy to learn that Daniel Hahler fixed the issue with imap_init being now
named storage_init. I released a version with his patch:

Let me know if you encounter any issue (I don't actually use 0.8, so it's
hard to test).
