You don't give enough information to diagnose the problem.

You cannot access it for what reason?

If you cannot access the email box, how do you know that nothing is
arriving into it? How are you monitoring it for the arrival of e-mails
if you cannot access it?

How do you know it is full: did you send a test message to the account
and get a bounce?

Incoming mail delivery issues are not Roundcube related. Roundcube only
accesses the message store via the IMAP4 server.

Can you connect some client other than Roundcube to the mail server?

Are you the administrator of the mail server for ad-valoramos.com? Can
you log in as root and poke around?

If you're not the administrator of that mail domain, and you cannot
access your mailbox, I don't think anyone can help you other than the
administrator.
