a) prepare OpenLDAP for private/public address books
b) create private/public address books in LDAP
c) create default collections in DAViCal
d) do b+c automatically upon new user creation in PostfixAdmin.
PM me if you are interested, they might be a good start. They are based
on Andreas Dick's rcabook-setup.sh in [1].
If more people are interested, I am happy to make those public, so that
we can improve the scripts by perhaps having per-user, per-organisation
(domain), and per-server (public) address books etc.
