The basic objects in your skin templates should still work but there are so many new elements that have been added since version 0.3 that starting over would be less work. Otherwise your Roundcube installation doesn't expose all features in the UI. Meanwhile it's ever simpler to customize skins by extending one of the default skins and mainly customize the CSS file.
