Corrupt user profile (probably Preferences) in the Roundcube database.
Purge all the user's database entries and the next login should recreate
it. But be warned, the user will lose their personal contacts when the
old profile is deleted, unless you take steps in the database to retain
them. But since I suspect a corrupt contact could also cause this, it's
probably the correct thing to do.
