Other option - encrypt the mail with your own key when it hits your mailbox. There is a german provider that offers such a solution for a small few (1 Euro / Month) and was tested with good results by some IT mags here: -> posteo.de Oliver -- Protect your environment - close windows and adopt a penguin!
