Finally found out what caused the problems with not being able to logout
and not showing menus anymore in roundcube.
In httpd.conf I had set
Header set X-XSS-Protection "1; mode=block"
Header always set X-Frame-Options "sameorigin"
Header set X-Content-Type-Options nosniff
Header set X-Permitted-Cross-Domain-Policies "none"
#Header always set Referrer-Policy "same-origin"
Header always set Referrer-Policy "no-referrer"
Commenting out Header set X-Content-Type-Options nosniff solved all the
problems.
