Hi. I do not provide support for Roundcube whatsoever beyond the users in my institution; on this mailing-list I am just a user. Roundcube works on web browsers on smartphone. The Elastic theme in the default distribution is optimized for small touchscreens. The only flaw I have to report is that the choice of the theme is stored in the database rather than a cookie.
