There's already a spec file for perl-DBIx-Class at 
http://svn.rpmforge.net/svn/trunk/rpms/perl-DBIx-Class/perl-DBIx-Class.spec 
which you can try but as you can see in the spec file, it requires quite a 
lot of specific versions of other perl modules..
