Pardon me for noting this. But if you can not solve a dependency issue like this then you should hand in your root password right away. It is definitly something you should be able to handle as a sysadmin. I must say I was allready concerned with the fact that you run k3b (a GUI thing) on servers but kept quite about that aspect.
