Waiting for the repo to sync up (or using Apt).
The problem was that during my latest push, some of the packages from the
batch were included, but some others weren't. This is because pushing took
4 hours and creating the repos takes 8 hours. So if the pushing was not
finished before the creating of the metadata we got this problem.
