I'm trying to understand, these are the packages for download:

free URL filter software for the Squid web proxy:
download ufdbGuard.

free 60-day trial for the URL database:
download URLfilterDB. 

If you get ufdbGuard, which seems to be "free", don't you need URLfilterDB to
actually use it?
