It is unfortunate that Fedora still allows mixed-case package names (with
the obvious exclusion of perl packages and some others). We do however
obsolete and provide GeoIP in mixed-case which should address the naming
conflict from our side.
I think you have to ask the Fedora project to do the same on their side
too.
