webpages are not always up to date, but another solution is to browse
around on http://apt.sw.be/
you'll see that fedora 11 has a subtree but it's all empty, eg
http://apt.sw.be/fedora/11/en/i386/RPMS.rpmforge/
so: F11 is not supported.
