Hi,

I have noticed that some files are missing from the awstats package.

I have downloaded the awstats package from two different sources and
compared the results.

The package that seems to have all the required files I had downloaded from
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/5/i386/awstats-6.9-1.el5.noarch.rpm(this
is from Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux [EPEL])

The package from rpmforge, which seems to have missing files I had
downloaded from
http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el5/en/i386/RPMS.rpmforge/awstats-6.9-1.el5.rf.noarch.rpm

The list below are files that are in EPEL's awstats package but not in
rpmforge's:

awstats-1.8.wbm
awstats_configure.pl
awstats.datademo1.xml
awstats.datademo1.xslt
awstats.datademo2.xml
awstats.datademo2.xslt
awstats.pl.CVE-2008-3714
awstats.xsd
README.Fedora
README.txt

Does anybody know why these files are missing and/or how they can be
included in rpmforge's awstats package?

Thanks in advance,

Richard.

Join the rpmforge mailing list, then send a message to say that
awstats_configure.pl is missing from their RPM.

To demonstrate, I have got their RPM and EPEL's RPM and you can see that
awstats_configure.pl should be present:
