perl-Net-SSLeay-1.35-2.el5.rf.x86_64
it's there, but version 1.30.mumble is also in Base so your priorities /
protections are excluding the newer rf version.
you have to choose: either upgrade this particular base package, or
stick to your current version of perl-AnyEvent.
