Fabian and I were going to look at doing this migration soon. There are a couple of things that we spoke about ( maybe most of it was on irc ). I'll do a short email on a new thread to recap exactly what the option proposed was, and we can take it from there.

Well, I formally reject anything that is discussed on IRC. I hated it in the CentOS project too. You cannot expect people to be on IRC and reading back if they're not present.

So if I read that Steve is assigned to clean up RPMforge and I haven't heard of that before and there was no discussion about it, I wonder how that's going to work out.

And to be honest, I think a restructuring is best done if we change other things as well.
