I just hit a problem

checking for APR... not found
configure: error: APR is required. Try --with-apr-config.
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.14783 (%build)

What I have

rpm -qa --qf '%{name} %{vendor} %{arch}\n' apr\*
apr-util CentOS x86_64
apr-devel CentOS x86_64
apr-util-devel CentOS x86_64
apr CentOS x86_64

Any suggestions?
