I have tried many times for a few years now to install new modules on Scilab
using atoms. For some unknown reason to me, in the newer versions of Scilab
(6.0, 6.1, 2023.0 and 2023.1) I get the following message when attempting to
run atoms: "access is denied". For example, running atomsList() I get the
following:
--> atomsList();
"Access is denied."

All ATOMS repositories scan failed.
I am running Scilab on a Windows 10 64 bit OS Laptop, Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU
E3-1505M v5 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz, 32 GB RAM.
I would appreciate if you could point me to the right person to help me correct
this error.
