Hi, The goal of the strongSwan project is to provide advanced IKEv1 and IKEv2 automatic keying daemons. Therefore we abandoned manual mode a long time ago. If you want to set your ESP keys and SPIs manually please use e.g. "setkey" from the ipsec-tools package.
