Hi Chris, does ipsec statusall show that the test-vectors plugins is loaded as in
http://www.strongswan.org/uml/testresults5/ikev2/rw-cert/moon.statusall If you built the plugin with the option ./configure --enable-test-vectors ... <other options> then it should automatically have been added to the implicit plugin load list.
