Hi, I'm using SS 5.0.2dr3 for iOS Cisco VPN connection, I found improper VPN connection drop on client side will cause accounting info lost, no any packets sent to the radius server.
I checked the log, when VPN connection lost in iOS, there's no any normal log like this: deleting IKE_SA iOS[29] between 10.17.9.9[16.18.3.39]...13.80.137.241[192.168.1.132] Nov 28 10:30:11 11[CFG] sending RADIUS Accounting-Request to server 'primary' Nov 28 10:30:11 11[CFG] received RADIUS Accounting-Response from server 'primary' I even can't find the SA deleted info in log when VPN connection lost too.
