Hi Kris, which version of the Android VPN Client are you using? Since version 1.2.0 MOBIKE works like a charm for me: From WiFi to 3G, back to WiFI, etc., keeping the tunnel up over more than two days. Some logs either from your Client or the VPN gateway would help.
