You can do multiple net2net setups on one box without any problems.
The only caveats I see are:
- if you have several peers with dynamic IP, they must share one shared
secret or you must use certificates
- if you have several remote networks with the same network address, you
need to do some sort of double NAT to avoid routing conflicts.
