My meant is only one user can on-line steadily at the same time.
The other one (eg. B) can connected also ,but A or B will line-down
later.
Different client IP addresses work also has the problem

I guess you meant multiple users behind the same NAT device. Multiple users
with different IP addresses work without problem.
