[strongSwan] charon and CRL loading

Hello

? does charon reload the CRL during ( re-authentication and re-connection )

VPN tunnels are up, and initial CRL's are loaded.

If new CRL's arrive, ? will charon use them during ( re-authentication and 
re-connection ).
