I have a site for my project that defines a index.apt file. When I run the mvn site:site (or any other site goal) my index.apt file is ignored and a index.html file is created with just the description from my pom. This was working before where I would get the index.html file that I provided. But something has changed and I am not sure what is causing this different behavior.
I am using version 2.0.1 of the site plugin.
